Barre Attack
A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness that is a low impact, high intensity workout combining the best elements of standing Pilates movement, short cardio intervals, to dance moves in a Ballet class. The ultimate full-bodied workout, that is sure to get the heart pumping.
Private
Have a specific injury, haven't exercised in a really long time or don't feel confident enough to join one of our small group classes? A private session is the perfect way to help get you started or get your fitness level and confidence up to scratch so you can feel comfortable coming to one of our small group sessions.
