Small group sessions to ensure that all students get the respect and attention they require to progress and achieve their own desired results.

Although Pilates in not a team sport as such, we encourage a team-work type of environment. Small classes allow for students to build strong social relationships, inspire and support each other through challenging classes.

A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness that is a low impact, high intensity workout combining the best elements of standing Pilates movement, short cardio intervals, to dance moves in a Ballet class.

The ultimate full-bodied workout, that is sure to get the heart pumping.

Have a specific injury, haven't exercised in a really long time or don't feel confident enough to join one of our small group classes? A private session is the perfect way to help get you started or get your fitness level and confidence up to scratch so you can feel comfortable coming to one of our small group sessions.
