Well, I guess the bottom line is I love pilates. I love what it does for my mind and my body and I am committed to using my experience with pilates and background in teaching to share this with others.

I decided to open this boutique Pilates studio on the basis that I had a dream to share my passion, have a positive impact on others and to be the best at what I do. Offering small group sessions allows me to take an interest in my members, to understand their goals and any injuries we need to work around. My members know they are welcomed and that they have the support required to be their very best. After experiencing less than 'quality' equipment and studios, and instructors that don't take the time to fully explain the movements, inspire, encourage and coach when needed I decided that it was time to bring my skills to the table.

Our boutique studio has been running now for 10 years and I practiced Pilates for many years prior to becoming an instructor. So with plenty of experience and background we are able to offer a high quality service to our members.

Giving our members the opportunity to focus and perform to their absolute best is something that I value greatly. Because, when when we take time to look after ourselves, we have more to offer those around us.

Hi, I’m Rob, a Personal Trainer and Clinical Pilates Instructor with years of experience helping people rebuild strength, move better, and feel confident again — especially through rehab-based Pilates and strength training for menopause. Originally from the UK, I ran two successful studios focused on clinical and rehab Pilates before moving to Australia. I now call Newcastle home.

I specialise in tailored rehabilitation Pilates (for injuries, mobility, or chronic pain), strength training for menopause — helping women improve bone density, balance, and energy and provide a friendly, supportive approach that meets you where you are — no pressure, just progress. Providing quality, functional movement and long-term wellbeing is my main goal.
